Moving On An Upward Spiral With Angular Momentum's Enameled Crystal Time Spiral Watch
When art and watch presentation intersect, it is easy to go overboard with too much. This is why I am happy to see the AXIS/XXVII Time Spiral - Ref. 6270 from Angular Momentum. They've taken the spiral design, and ingeniously integrated it into the watch face. You'll notice this is no mere spiral painted on a watch, but the actual numbers and layout are integrated into the design, which is still perfectly legible as a watch.The design is reverse painted on the sapphire crystal. This technique is often called eglomise, and has been well utilized by Angular Momentum for sometime on a number of watches. This watch does something a bit differently, in that it uses black enamel on the inside of the thick 3mm crystal. The effect is a smooth yet very crisp look that wont ever rub off, because it is applied on the inside of the watch. Louis Cartier followed his success with the Santos when he designed and released the Tank in 1917, inspired, appropriately, by the design of the Renault tanks used in the First World War. Cartier presented the prototype to General John Pershing of the American Expeditionary Force. Cartier expanded on the simple square of the Santos; the Tank features a square watch in a rectangular case with its straps hidden under vertical sidepieces. The watch features blued, sword shaped hands with a winding crown that is topped with a sapphire.

I did it... scratched my ROO 44 Bezel. Please help
Hi Forum,Was in a meeting the other day and was glancing at my AP. Thought I spotted a lunch time stain and tried to rub it off the bezel. However, the stain did not go away. On closer inspection, it looks like I have scratched my ceramic bezel. Does anyone know how to remove this? Im ok to live with it, if the only fix is to replace the bezel.Andrew

Ladies Deville Prestige 4375.71.00 Advice
I want to buy my wife a watch. She does not like Rolex's in her self-imposed price range of $5000 - 6500. We went out and looked this weekend and of course everything she did like was $10,000 or better but she does not want to spend that much.She is very frugal I am the one saying if you love it, buy it! Then we saw an Omega that was quite nice and in her range it was the Deville Prestige 4375.71.00 she decided to think about it but I think I might sneak off and buy it. It looked really good on her and she did really like it.I was just wondering what was the verdict on this watch?
