Inexpensive Luxury Orbita Privee RX Watch Winders Available For Beta Test
Orbita is one of a handful of manufacturers of luxury watch winders. Watch winders are devices that wind automatic watches for you while you don't wear them. Any watch collectors knows what a pain it can be to sit there and make sure all your watches are constantly wounds. Otherwise they stop, and each time you want to wear them you have to adjust the time, or more depending on the watch's complications.Watch winders are a good idea but usually notoriously expensive. Good models are made with as much quality as the watches you want to place in them, and the alternative is to buy a cheap (relatively speaking) Chinese model that often breaks. Thus, it is a constant uphill battle for owners of automatic watches to keep them wound or face paying a lot of money for a room full of watch winders. How to use Rehaut markings on skyland
I have been unable to find any info on how to use the Rehaut markings on the skyland avenger. It is a linear scale from 0-100. Can anyone shed some light on these markings and their purpose or function with the chronograph? Thank you
Omega... to Co-Axial or not to Co-Axial?
Hey all,Just wanted a few expert opinions on the Omega Co-Axial. I have had many differeing opinions on why this movement is better and worse and have heard of the problems with the initial run... but what do you think? I know this movement is already replacing the old reliable in a few Omega lines and in turn increasing their prices dramatically! So ho many out there own one and what is your review? Is it really worth the $$$???
WG Pepsi owners- buy/sell/add another Pepsi? Thoughts on Basel 18?
I've seen a lot of posts around here thinking about what current owners will do. So I'd thought it would be interesting to hear what current owners of the black dial WG Pepsi will do with the BLRO and their thoughts the new Pepsi models. Is anybody thinking of adding one of the new Pepsi models? Any regrets?I'm keeping my BLRO.Here are my thoughts:SS Pepsi- love it, but jubilee bracelet with clasp looks odd to me.WG Pepsi with blue dial- nope, wanted the classic with the black dialTudor Pepsi- 41mm is too big, don't like the font on the bezelI also think that the bezel colors, that were largely panned on this forum will now be loved given that a) it's $20K cheaper and b) the supply will be likely controlled and Rolex has another elusive, hard to find, Daytona-like hit on their hands. I think the WG black dial model value with tank.Movement-wise- don't really care about that- it's not like the old movement was garbage and needed an improvement. In terms of an investment, do I regret b
