A little consolidating and an incoming
I've always wanted a full PM piece so after a long while of debating, researching, trying on different options and some nice encouragement from my wife I consolidated two pieces and ended up with the following I'm over the moon with it and glad I went for the yellow gold. I debated forever between yellow gold and the white gold sub as I have never worn any yellow gold before and am typically very low key. The brushed surfaces give it a great look and my wife is very happy with my choice (she has a 116613lb as a gift from me that she wears daily). I've trimmed down to 2 watches now and I'm very happy with the results: this 116618lb and a Patek 5167a. The two watches are polar opposites and pretty much cover all the bases for me. Rolex GMT master II 16710 bezel turning issue?
Hi All,I have noticed that the bezel of my GMT 16710 turns smoothly counter clockwise but is very stiff and hard to turn counter clockwise . I have already given it a good clean but it doesn't seem to make much difference .Anyone else notice this issue with the older GMTs? Mine is a D serial. I am now wondering if it's worth me taking it to the RSC or not . I rarely use the bezel and even if I do I can always just rotate it counterclockwise . It does bug me a little though !
