Watches NEWS
Is the 15450 big enough?
Hi guys, finally joined the AP owners club. When researching I was torn between 39mm and 37mm. My wrists are only 6.5 but I read a lot of people being a little bit down on the 15450.It's true that the 39mm has some historical importance and I did want one for that reason, but getting the right size for the wrist is so important in my view. For me, the 15450 is perfect. So if you're a chap with smallish wrists, then forget the stigma attached to the number 37 and buy with confidence.
Pics of my 2254
I've finally got some pictures of my 2254 I bought about a month ago. So far in about 3 weeks it has only lost about 20 seconds. My pictures aren't very good the watch looks a lot better in person.
rubber strap
Thinking of picking up a blue rubber strap for my seamaster, thought it might be a nice change of pace, a little more sporty, etc...Does anyone have a recommendation on where to pick one up? Thanks guys!
5980 Dial Color Display
As promised here are some photo's that I tried to catch the color variations with different lighting conditions.
it's been a VERY long time since I saw such a WONDERFULL watch
The more I see it the more I love itThe PAM 519 and 520 are so perfect.Panerai made a watch which could be a vintage Patek. ( not talking about the size because we won't find vintage 45mm patek chronographs) but the combination of dial and case is so perfect.I'm pretty sure these 2 will get a lot of attention and not only from people who love Panerai but people who never thought about buying a PaneraiDon't know how they did it but this is a watch doesn't look like all the other Panerai notwithstanding it has the same case as any other 1940 caseI never thought I would mention Panerai and Patek in one sentence but in this case they deserve it. The movement is absolutely wonderful ( Minerva origin) . But a Patek is still better finishedWOW JUST WOW
