This past Tuesday night, a select group of WatchTime friends attended an invitation-only event with Hublot at the elegant Park Avenue Autumn restaurant in Manhattan. About 50 attendees enjoyed an evening of delicious food and wine, fabulous watches, and a chance to meet Hublot CEO Jean-Claude Biver, U.S. president Beatrice de Quervain, Hublot’s Mike Margolis, and WatchTime editors Joe Thompson, Mark Bernardo and Amy Bernstein. Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception and an opportunity to meet top Hublot executives, and to try on Hublot’s newest models and rare high complications. Saw a very nice AP ROO today...can't identify...help!
Hey guys, I saw someone wearing a full black (probably ceramic) royal oak offshore today with a leather band. The dial was black too but one or two of the sub dial was gold or was outlined in gold. It looked really amazing but I can't seem to find it online. Does it ring a bell for anyone here? Thanks!

The Omega "Olympic" Watch
This is a beauty. It has the Olympic rings on the seconds hand. They keep showing it on commercial breaks during the olympics. Does anyone know if it's available yet?

Why they call it Tudor fifty-eight?
Since the bezel is 39mm, does anyone know why they call it Black Bay fifty-eight and not Black Bay Thirty-Nine? Just like Black Bay 32mm bezel is call Black Bay 32, so to make things simple, why don't they name Black Bay 39mm bezel according to the size? Just curious
