Chronoswiss Adds Six U.S. Retail Partners
German watchmaker Chronoswiss has added six new authorized retail partners in the U.S. market. The retailers are Hamilton Jewelers in Princeton, NJ, David Orgell in Beverly Hills, Feldmar in Los Angeles, ABT Time Boutique in Chicago, Mayfair Jewelers in East Hampton, NY, and Martin Pulli in Philadelphia. All of the new retailers will carry both mens and ladies timepieces, ranging from the classically styled Chronoswiss Lunar Chronograph and Kairos Lady to some of the newest timepieces that debuted at this year's Baselworld such as the Timemaster Chronograph Nighthawk and the black perpetual calendar. The new Sauterelle with the manufacture dead beat second movement, pictured below, is also expected to hit retail this Fall.Chronoswiss is a German watch manufacturer based in Munich. The company was founded by Gerd R. Lang in 1983 and produces about 6,000 watches per year. Each Chronoswiss wristwatch component is produced in Switzerland and then hand-finished in Germany.
Dottling Gyrowinder Watch Winder
What do you get when you combine the simple task of winding a mechanical automatic watch with the sci-fi possibility of a 1990's era virtual reality gyroscope harness? You get the Gyrowinder - which is the newest high-end "presentation" watch winder from German Dottling. I call it a presentation watch winder because none of this is strictly necessary to wind a watch. Such high-end toys like this do double duty in winding a watch as well as offering a visually stimulating way of presenting it (usually just to yourself). In a sense, it is functional art that sits on your desk or on some shelf. You know those little swinging metal balls on strings that people used to have on their desks? The Gyrowinder is like a really expensive version of that, which also keeps your timepiece wound.I can see myself coming to the office, getting ready for the day by removing my watch and putting it in the Gyrowinder. Why? Well aside from keeping it wound and off my wrist while typing, I learned from movie
Strap Options for 2254.50
Could any owners of the 2254.50 please share some pics of straps that look particularly good with this watch? I am looking for a (hopefully) inexpensive strap for the summer. I've been looking at Isofrane and OEM rubber straps but would rather not dish out such money for a strap I would only use occasionally. Thanks!
Incoming soon
Well I sold the 005 back to David which sucks because you lose sometimes but will be getting an R 000 that he just listed. Excited to see the difference on the wrist. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have the opportunity to buy any of these at MSRP. I like them but already have a green watch (Rolex Hulk) and am debating how much I can really wear a green watch. (If they made a 47MM in 1950s case with no complication I'd jump on it...basically a green 372 /drool) Whats everyone's thoughts on these? Could I always sell it and get my money back? Is the value of these holding up? Since I have a short window to decide I want to know what my options are if I change my mind after purchasing.
