My Modern Design Classic Watches Article On AskMen.com
This is a good article to read for anyone who has an interest in design classics as well as a bit of history behind them. Watches are a range of items that have many classic designs. These designs fit into two areas, ones that are classics because they look good, and others because they function well. The best designs do both. I wrote this article as a preview of a new line of books from Phaidon Press, and covered just five of many modern design classic watches that will be featured in the upcoming books. The focus here is not just on watches that have classic designs, but ones that fall into the realm of "modern design" classics. I had to choose carefully, and there were a lot that deserve to be on the list, but visit the link to read about five that easily deserve mention.Read my Modern Design Classic Watches article on AskMenwatches-dealer here. My 2232.80
Hello,Just bought this nice Seamaster 2232.80. It is 9 years old, so it will propably need some servicing even though it is running quite fine but not exactly within COSC specs (a bit too slow). It was originally bought from Kosovo (Finnish KFOR). This is my first titanium watch ever. It feels very light (even a bit too light) and scratches easily. Does Omega make titanium waches anymore and if no, when did they stop making them and why?
Two years fly by
I remember when this was introduced 3 years ago. I had to have and still enjoy it.Cheers!Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
What happens if Rolex gives us what we want?
If Rolex decides to flood the market and fill the AD's with Hulks, Batman's, sd43 etc... would that really hurt them? We're talking about arguably the biggest watch company in the world! Would it really hurt them to please their customers and give the people what they want?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Skydweller with blue dial but NOT ss
Looks like dsw has posted a beautiful skydweller with blue dial made entirely out of white gold.I know some of you would say how would someone know the diff between this and the Ss version....but to be able to get this blue dial with the warmth and heft of solid wg is amazing at least to me.
