Baume & Mercier Clifton 1892 Flying TourbillonOf the 16 brands at the show, the last one you would figure to launch a $57,000, 30-piece limited-edition flying tourbillon wristwatch would be Baume & Mercier. After all, its niche is affordable luxury, with watches priced primarily in the $1,500-to-$5,000 range. Nevertheless, its show headliner was a new rose-gold Clifton wristwatch featuring a flying tourbillon. Three designers were once more the chance to create their own interpretation of this classic in 2011, in a performance that reflects their personality without hide the original. Joint project of this year, the Maurice Lacroix and Wallpaper sought without compromise designers who are faithful to their beliefs and whose work reflects their own styles. The result is an impressive trio of Kris Van Assche, Patricia Urquiola, and Rodolfo Dordoni.Each of them will now create a unique interpretation of the Pontos Décentrique GMT - no aesthetic condition. Watches will be presented at Baselworld 2011 in March, and then sold at auction on Antiquorum of activity in the 22, 2011. The product will go to the three charities of choice the designers.

42mm and 45.5mm? Seems to me there is not that much difference? They even both have the 8500 movement in it?I don't see the need.Can someone explain. Does omega have an excess of 42mm cases that they are using up or something?

After indecision for nearly a decade I finally acquired a 2015 white Daytona 116520. It's giving my immense pleasure already. Whilst already looking at the potential next purchase I can say I'd never wish to sell this watch :)
