Devon Steampunk Tread 1 Watch
Destined for near future production, is the Devon Steampunk Tread 1 watch. According to Scott Devon, they wanted to play with steampunk ideas for the Tread 1 as a design study. The customer reaction was so good that production is being fast tracked. This of course is the steampunk styled version of the original Devon Tread 1 that I reviewed here.The final design might change a bit, but these renders will reflect how the final versions will look. I anticipate these being a limited production series which we may see in real life closer to the end of 2012. Devon's designer makes it clear that watches from Romain Jerome (going back to designs from Yvan Arpa, as well as their current Steampunk collection) were a major influence in the design of the Tread 1 Steampunk. Royal Oak as your only AP?
Hi All,I asked a similar question on the PP forum when I was considering an Aquanaut as my only PP. Well that happened and now I'm looking to add an AP RO possibly for my 40th birthday present to myself. Curious to see who has an RO as their only AP. The ROC and RO dual time are also in consideration, but I'm leaning towards the 15300st or 15400st with blue dial since it is an in-house movement. I have a 116520 and two GMT2s. At first I didn't consider the 15202st jumbo because I felt having the seconds hand a more practical purchase, but it is growing on me. I looked at a friends AP15300 from 2012 yesterday, he said it had the newer style clasp, when was this launched on the 15300?

In Europe Next Month, Where to Shop for a Bullhead?
I'm going to be in Rome, Frankfurt, Cologne and Berlin next month and was wondering if there were any good watch stores in those cities or close to them.I'm looking for an Omega Bullhead (hopefully decently discounted). Anyone know what the European MSRP is for the watch?Thanks
