New AP owner question
Hey guys, I'm new here and just got my first AP. I got the ROC and I need to take 2 links out. I don't live near an authorized dealer and was wondering if you would trust someone else with it or if they even could. I'm going to Vegas in a couple weeks so I can always wait until I get there if I need to. Thanks for the help!!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Questions regarding RGRC/ RG 44 novelty/ RG 41mm chrono
Hello all,Just curious to get some opinions and input regarding the above mentioned pieces. I just recently picked up a new Rose gold Rubberclad with the new dial but was offered an opportunity to pick up a new RG 44 or a 41mm chrono from my AD. This would require me selling the Rubberclad. I had always wanted the Rubberclad but with AP's new lineup the other two rose gold pieces are really attractive as well (recent pics on this board don't help!!) So I'm just curious to gear about comparisons on wearability, aesthetics or any other factors worth noting between these pieces. Thanks in advance!!Carlos
Virgin Audemars Piguet unBoxing
Missed Delivery of it before my 1 Week trip to Mexico. I Couldn't wait to get it on my wrist. Landed 4pm, contacted Oscar, met up 7pm. Cant SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS about Oscar's (BODYBUMP) service. Enough talking, all pics via iphone 4s (and I dont know why photobucket flattens the pics):Peeled stickers and took out 4 links (2 on each side)A 6.5 wrist can work this beast:It Dwarfs my Patek:Just in time for duty:
5575 vs 5975
Which model do you guys prefer and why? The complications on either model aren't exceedingly useful in the modern world so I assume the choice comes down to aesthetics and perceived collectibility. In fact, the legibility of the 5575 is such that it's probably an impractical watch in most circumstances. I'm interested to hear people's thoughts on this and their rationale.
Pam 48 (or 49) size comparison
