Cartier has introduced more than 100 new watch references at SIHH 2015. One of the most interesting is the Rotonde de Cartier Reversed Tourbillon, a watch whose unconventional flying tourbillon is displayed on a minimalist, sunburst-guilloch�� dial with an off-center hours and minutes display.The Cartier Rotonde de Cartier Reversed Tourbillon watch carries on the tradition of guilloch�� work that has been a hallmark of Cartier products since Pierre Cartier began using the technique in his workshops after his journey to Russia and discovery of Faberg�� creations. On watch dials, the motif used most often is “radiating” guilloche, with engraved rays from a central point. New Omega problem and fix.( Kind of long)
Just over 3 weeks ago I was in the market to buy an Omega. I was torn between the PO and the AT. I ended up buying a black face 39mm Aqua Terra and did not look back. I thought for the money it was a great watch and the fit and finish was great. I also liked the 45mm PO, and it took a couple of trips to the AD to decide on my choice.For the last three weeks I have worn the AT pretty much all the time and it has run very accurate. Thursday when I went to bed I put my AT on my dresser, and when I got up on friday morning my watch was not running. This was after 4 days of wear. So I wound the watch and it ran fine. Saturday morning when I got up the thing quit at 4:30 AM. I tapped the crystal and it started up and about 20 seconds later it quit again. I realized something was defiantly wrong with the watch so I called the AD I bought it from. I asked for the sales person who I purchased it from and she was not in, so another person offered to help me.I started to explain the problem and

Got a call for a new 116610LV
I spent the last week going to ADs looking/begging for a hulk but no luck. Today I received a call from a jewelry store that had one just in from a customer for $10,660 ....My options:1- buy it for a premium. 2- wait for my AD to call in 2 weeks for $9,460. 3- wait for the new year maybe prices will go down?The problem is that I'm on 3 lists already, and I don't know if I will receive one yet especially if I let this one go to another guy. What if I pay they premium ($1,300) only to receive a call a couple of days later Appreciate your input
