AP Lume Shot!
Hi guys... I was just having fun with the AP watches... enjoying the Lume the give out!
Breitling Wings 18k Gold
I have owned the watch in my profile picture for many years. I have the paperwork and the box. Can someone give me some idea what this watch is worth. If I was to trade it in what could I expect off of retail for the trade. Thanks!
I heard something scary today
There is a previous thread about buying a Panerai without papers. This is a quasi follow up to that. I went to my Rolex/Panerai AD and she told me a story about a fake Panerai that an individual brought in for service. It made it through. They received estimates back on the repair from the panerai service center. It wasn't until the the go ahead was given for repair and watch was disassembled did the repair center realize it was not genuine. It was a story that I heard first hand from a woman I've done business with for years who isn't given to exaggeration. I guess now more than ever it's buyer beware.Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
Pre Baselworld incoming and no stickers left!
Been craving this underrated beauty for a while, decided to visit the AD and grab their last one! Who knows what Baselworld will announce, maybe the end of the Explorer II? Stickers off and enjoying her today!

Everybody loves showing of their new pristine time pieces. And everyone savors those incoming photos , including myself. Well, here's some pics of what a real world BLNR looks like. I've had this for going on 3years and wear it about 70% of the time switching out between my other watches. I manage apartment buildings that I own but am mostly in the office half the day and don't do much of the hands on maintenance (but not afraid to get my hands dirty). This comes from normal everyday wear and I don't take it off for any manual labor. This is just a lesson for those new watch owners and what expect with normal watch wear. Wear it, enjoy it. Opinions are like wrist watches...everyone's watch shows a different time from others, but everyone believes that their time is correct.
