Talking Watches: With Kevin Rose
Believe it or not, before I became interested in watches, I was interested in other things. My obsession as a teenager and into my twenties was indeed, unsurprisingly, the Internet. It seems almost silly to say that now, but when I was 14 years old and my friends were playing football on a Saturday afternoon, I was (at times) writing code, building my own website. There was a time when "the Internet" and its use was anything but a given. Clearly I wasn't alone in my fascination with the Web, and there were many that I looked up to when it came to Web-based entrepreneurship. One such person was Kevin Rose.Kevin Rose co-founded Digg in his early twenties, and went on to become a staple of the original dot-com era. Since, he's become a storied angel investor, placing capital into the likes of companies that I think might really be onto something – companies like Twitter, Square, Uber, and Facebook. It's seen a few knicks and dings on the rather large bezel. The question now: do I let it keep collecting knicks and bumps? or do I get a fresh bezel put on now that I know how to wear it without ever bumping into anything? (I feel as if any of the cosmetic blemishes I induced onto the bezel were within the first month...after that I got used to compensating for how much real estate my watch takes up when walking and doing daily things)third year warranty extension also being done while it's there. Hopefully they give me one of those cool littl
Speedy Pro Moonphase
I've been enjoying my Speedy for the last few days. It used to get a lot of wrist time but lately it hasn't gotten the attention it deserves. I think I'll be wearing it all week to reconnect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Black Tie Gala
Snapped this pic headed to a black tie event last weekend. If anyone is considering a Patek 24 for their wife/girlfriend, I highly recommend it. My wife loves hers.
