Which dial do you prefer?
Hi Guys,I'd like to buy a new Royal Oak 15400st. I can't make up my mind between the black dial and the grey one. Which dial do you personally prefer? Thanks!
New or Used 15400
Hey guys, I'm new to the forums. Looking to get an AP Royal Oak 15400. What do you guys think? I don't plan on selling it (if new I'm worried about resale value), but I'd like to know I can if I really need to. Thanks in advance!!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I need help identifing 1940s(?) Breitling
So, around a year ago I found my great grandfathers old Breitling. My aunt told me it was from around the 1940s, but she wasn't certain. Can someone point me in the right directions where to search/find more information?Ps. I already tried Breitlings vintage museum, with no luck.Link to Imgur album: BreitlingThe dial says Breitling IncablocThe back says ACIER INOXYDABLE and under that 320563 - 150Thanks in advance guys!
Who is upset there is no "new" Submariner?
Those who were wanting a redesigned case, updated movement, new dial/bezel colors what say you know?
Good call or dumb decision?
This past summer, I took a trip to Switzerland, and with a lot of effort, I arranged to buy a 114060 Submariner (no date) while I was on my trip (I decided that I preferred the no date version over the date version, but didn't give much thought to the Hulk because it wasn't as classic). By way of background, I have several watches including a Patek Nautilus in steel (5712A), and wanted a Sub to wear primarily on the weekend and as a pool/ocean watch or just wanted to change up my look. I also have a Panarai 359 as a casual watch (with a date), so the sub was meant to be more of a beater watch for me when I didn't want to wear the 5712 or PAM 359 (I also have a JLC dress watch as well as a Bell & Ross time only BR-01 on a rubber strap).I also wanted to add a Rolex to my collection, so this trip to Switzerland seemed like a great opportunity to pick one up in the motherland...My plan for this particular Rolex was/is to keep it forever given the extra sentimentality of getting it in S
