Sick... Just sick.....

So frustrated!!!!!
Hello everyone here at TRF! Over the years I have been a huge fan of Patek. I own several pieces and always smile when one is on my wrist. Well, just this morning I noticed that something did not seem right with my Aquanaut. Upon closer investigation I noticed that the hour hand seemed to be misaligned. In other words, at the top of the hour when the minute hand was pointing directly north to the 12, the hour hand was slightly ahead of where it should be positioned. The picture attached to this post will better explain what I am speaking about. My first question is, how the he!! does this happen? To make matters worse, this piece was just serviced by the Henri Stern Watch Agency a little more than 2 years ago. I wouldn't expect this kind of malfunction so soon after a total overhaul service. Making matters worse, it is now out of the 1 year guarantee period that they offer on their work which means that I am likely going to be hit with another $1,800 service charge to get this c

How much discount is reasonable?
Hi guys, I'm in the market for a SS DJ41 in jubilee bracelet. The RRP for the model I want is listed at $12,000 AUD. Just wondering how much discount should I expect from an AD here in Australia? If you've bought one before, what sort of discount did you get?FYI, I've previously purchased a Panerai from this particular AD before with 20% discount, but I guess Panerai has more margin to play with.
Hoping to get some Datejust II questions answered
I currently have a stainless DJ 36 on a jubilee, and wanted to upgrade to something a bit bigger. I started looking into the larger styles, and really fell in love with the DJ on the left. As I was researching, I see people talking about the DJ II and the DJ 41, as if they're different models, but I thought that the DJ II pictured is the 41? I think there's something I'm missing or am not understanding lol. Also, I was wondering if anyone knew what the roman numerals are called when they're outlined in gold (pictured on the right) as opposed to the solid gold numerals (on the left)? Could someone explain why there's a bar at the 9 o'clock marker on the one one the right, and why it isn't on the left? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I understand everything before I buy. Thanks guys.
