Well, it's finally almost sort of here, Summer, as marked by Memorial Day. This much loved and awaited for long weekend is not only an official holiday of remembrance, it's also the first time people light up their grills for the season (ok, if you've been following us on instagram, you know we started a couple of weeks ago). And�� if you happen to have a boss who believes in such things, Summer Fridays (which is the real start of Summer, right?)! Anyway, long story short, it's a long weekend when the weather is usually nice in which we encourage each other to drink cold beer and eat grilled meat. So, it's one of the best weekends.Of course, the holiday itself is a day to remember and give respect to those of the US Armed Forces who have fallen in combat. What to get for the wife?
Hi fellow trf hope everythings well. I have a question that needed some suggestions. I am thinking of getting my wife her first AP. She has been wearing rolex dj 27mm for the last 4 years while i have added several new rolex. She has very small wrist that she said she meassure only 4.5 inch.Are fellow AP lover here also getting the wife an AP? If so can you post your wife's AP? She has been interested in the royal oak line with diamond 33mm, but i do keep open sugesstion from fellow member here in fact she the one who asked me to post a thread looking for some suggestion. INCOMING - Omega Seamaster 300m Blue
Hello all -Today I had another great transaction with DavidSW. I got an “excellent” condition Omega Seamaster 300m blue diver ceramic from him. To be honest, there were a couple, at most, hair line scratches and is still under warranty for about 2.5 years out of the 3. Perfect, perfect condition. Probably should have been considered mint, by some standards, but very happy to have in my collection now. It fits a little larger than I’m used to, but I think it’ll be okay. Love to know what your thoughts are on fit. Can’t wait to wear this as a daily wearer. Any 5170G-010 owners on TRF?
Sold my white 5170G over a year ago and never looked back. Now it seems the new black dial (still wish it was enamel) is becoming more available on c24 globally and a few AD's have them single sealed. Anyone own one? Curious how it is in the metal.

Seriously....what just happened?
I'm a Panerai guy. Big. Simple. Sport. Beat up leather straps.I just got a 232. A significant watch for me. Wanted for years.So.....why is it that I can't stop thinking about a Nautilus! That case on a strap is just incredible!!!! Why?!?!?!?!?! I should have never went to that store.Ok, if you made it this far maybe you can answer a question for me.Let's say I somehow got the money for a 5711 blue/black. Can it be worn on a strap like this watch?
