Casio G-Shock GW9400 Rangeman Watch
Casio has announced a new addition to their Master of G collection, the GW9400 Rangeman. Essentially a step up from a Mudman or GW9200 Riseman, the Rangeman employs a similar case design but incorporates most of the features normally associated with the Pro Trek series. This is a rather important new watch as the Riseman has been a very popular G-Shock model for the last few years. The Rangeman sports Casio's Triple Sensor, which provides altimeter, barometer, and compass data among a host of additional features. The GW9400 Rangeman makes a serious case for itself as a more versatile Pro Trek alternative.Ariel's video review, December 2, 2013:Casio says the GW9400 Rangeman is inspired by the needs of professional soldiers and adventurers and with its pronounced (easy to push) buttons, 200m water resistance and laundry list of features - we're inclined to agree. Alongside the digital compass, altimeter (with display resolution to 1 meter), and barometer, the GW9400 also boasts a thermom

DJii-116334-Rhodium Dial-Diamond Index-SS-Oyster Band
Hi all, new to the forums here....I will be purchasing this watch as my very 1st Rolex on Friday.I will be using it for daily use around the office. My question is: With this being a retired model and with the semi-newly released DJ41 & all of its updated features- Will that have any affect on the value/demand of this model over time? I don't ever plan on selling the watch, but I do want to have the peace of mind of knowing that in a WCS I will always be able to get back what I paid or at least close to it for that matter. Personally, I'm not at all a watch connoisseur so the new movement, refined stick, and other features the DJ41 offers does not appeal to me. I'm strictly going for what is most attractive to me looks wise. I love the thicker case that the DJiis presents and considering it being a bit more inside of my preferred budget I am just about 100% sold on it.Any advice/feedback provided would be greatly appreciated. As I said before, I'm a first time buyer so I would like
Mofification of 2018 and beyond models by Rolex (theory)
If Rolex modifies lug width, crown guard width, red on Sub, case diameters, etc. PLUS continues with the mastercard warranty card registration and taking of stickers, this will have the following effects:1. Grey market dealers won't be able to get the newest modified versions easily with everything in tact. Noticeable changes to each watch or at least the most popular and using tactics to make the watches less appealing unless only purchased from an AD would have the effect of forcing more potential customers into the ADs rather than grey dealers. I am all for grey dealers and pre-owned dealers, but I am only saying if Rolex really is trying to control the supply chain and demand, they seem to be taking the first step with the new policies regarding the stickers, warranty cards, etc.Now change the 2018 models noticeably and send out a firm letter to all ADs of a no tolerance rule regarding discounting and watches going out the back door through the alley and to the ADs buddy down th
