Introducing The Hublot Classic Fusion Extra-Thin Skeleton, Now In 42mm (Live Pics)
Around this time last year, Hublot shocked us with a watch that, frankly, we never saw coming.? It was called the Classic Fusion Extra-Thin Skeleton, and yes, the most surprising part of it was that it, unlike the rest of the Hublot collection, it was actually quite thin!? (BTW, Hublot just announced the same watch in Ceramic this week) Still, the watch was a little too large for us at 45mm, but just this week in Geneva, we saw the Fusion Extra-Thin Skeleton show up in a more wearable 42mm.? This is probably our pick of the litter from Hublot as it stands right now - it's a wearable 42mm with a nice thin case, and the Hublot caliber fairly interesting to look at.? It is also relatively affordable (we're told it should be in the mid teens).? It will come in both titanium and precious metals, and a bracelet is available - which is a nice touch.? Still, everything about it - from the architecture to the movement finishing doesn't hold a candle to our favorite modern skeletons like the AP

I stopped by the boutique on 5th Ave today and tried it on. It's awesome. But I also tried on the DSOTM, which I absolutely loved. Which Perpetual Calendar Chrono?
Hi guysNice to join you, I am Andrea, italian based in LondonIt has been a lot of time I have thought of buying a Patek Chrono and I am finally ready to do it My first choice would be the 5970 (either a G or a P) but, given the attractive second market price of the 5270 I was also recently looking into it..Aesthetically wise I would go for the 5970.. From an investment point of view I am excited about the 5270's first in house movement and think that sooner or later it will recover in value.. I heard that maybe at Baselworld next year also the P version will come outI am aware that you had a lot of similar discussions in the past but I would like to hear your updated thoughts given also today's prices and new models Thank you all and have a great Sunday

So here I am now playing a decision game in regards as to what cal to buy, so.... Option one is 1999 14270 Explorer 1 with swiss only dialOption 2 is a choice from 2 dated 2004 114270, Explorerall are in lovely condition and come with papers.I understand the 114270 has a Cal.3130 (31 jewels) so a better movement, were as the 14270 has a Cal. 3000 (27 Jewels) This will be my second Rolex once I've arrived at a decision, Any comments or thoughts as to what would be a better choice would be greatly welcome.
