Uniq Caterham Seven Watch
It probably takes a dedicated car lover to have heard of UK based Caterham. But I would garner to say that even less people have heard of small watch brand Uniq. Not yet necessarily official, this is a concept Caterham watch by the watch design company. They have produced other similar watches so I believe it likely that these will make their way to production at some point.There is something interestingly similar about Caterham and Uniq. Both are exclusive little companies but those that aren't interested in producing things at wild prices. Caterham's mostly "Superlight" cars are speedy and barely street legal, but they also don't come with supercar prices. According to their website most of these cars are priced from between 20,000 - 40,000 British Pounds. Not cheap of course, but certainly within the range of affordability for the common guy who saves up long enough for a cool track style roadster. Air King - Glad this made it to my collection
While I have heard of this Rolex model before, I have always thought it to be the earlier versions 34mm. And so when I was offered one, I decided to pass on. But the curiosity side of me said that I should check this watch, and there only did I realize that it was a different Air King version after all that escaped my notice because of probably the Daytona mania of Baselworld 2016.Fast forward today, I'm glad to be able to finally land this piece. To be honest, I just can't resist the quirkiness of this watch. Yellow, Green, White, Black �� seldom do you see this mix of color on a Rolex. More so, the busy dial with lots of numerals in different fonts - applied and printed, white gold and just plain white, luminosity and non-luminosity, a Milgauss-like case and anti-magnetic properties with the Explorer 1 indices at 3-6-9 and Mercedes hands, with a combo of Milgauss/Explorer 1 bracelet... indeed lots of things going on with this watch. No wonder this watch can attract strong reaction

My Daytona 116500LN Purchase agreement Contract
I've said on a couple of threads now that I signed a pre purchase contract for my daytona. Well here it is. I've blacked out the AD and the watch managers name.I had no issue signing it and was happy for them to keep the warranty card.It took me three years to get it.... To be honest I think it was luck on my part I'm not really sure I was ever on any list even though I had been pestering them for one.Take from that what you will. I'm not even close to being a VIP purchaser with this dealer however I do have service and purchase history with them.
