Casio Bluetooth Watch For Smart Phones
News about this Casio watch concept has been everywhere. People seem to be more excited about what it is able to do than Casio is. This is partially evidenced by its circa 1987 G-Shock design. This however is a mere prototype - meant to show off the concept. That concept being the ability for a watch to sync via Bluetooth with a phone - and not have pathetically poor battery life in the process. Sure this Casio Bluetooth watch isn't the first timepiece that allows you to connect your phone to your watch, but all of those previous watches needed to be charged really frequently. This watch would need a battery change each two years like a normal (non solar powered) Casio quartz watch.The secret? Something called BLE, which stands for Bluetooth Low Energy. How much sport is too much?
So far I didn't wear any watches worth mentioning, and I didn't give a thought about how to make them last. If they broke I just retired them.Now that I bought a Seamaster, and service costs around $400 I'd rather stay away from chopping wood.How much activity can a Seamaster take? Can I without problems do every kind of sport with it such as tennis and running, or should I rather get a dispensable watch for that?

Does the PP wears bigger than the DD40? I certainly feel the 5711 is bigger. I have small wrist. I am thinking of adding a dd4o (60th anniversary green). Love to hear your thoughts on this! .. Jen

Rolex Pocket Watch spotted at AD
Saw this today at a Rolex AD in Hong Kong.They confirmed that they do not deal in used or vintage pieces. The scratches are on the plastic wrap, not the watch itself. Dial appears to be linen and gold. Retail price a bit north of $25,000 Sent from my SM-G9550 using Tapatalk
