Mention the name URWERK to the watch community and it's instantly recognizable for the cutting edge case design and unique time tracking system. Today, Felix Baumgartner and his company are accepted into the haute horlogerie community as brethren. But it wasn't always this way. Remember, it's the Swiss we're talking about. Should I add ROC (26331) or Old School 26170 ROO ?
Looking to add another AP to the 44mm 26400IO (titanium with ceramic bezel) I already have. Want something flexible for everyday wear. Considering either the newer ROC 26331 (most likely black face as I was underwhelmed with the white when trying it on) or...maybe go back in time to something more old school like the 26170 Panda. I want something on bracelet and do like the newer 26331 line. The bracelet is divine and I think it makes a great daily, however it may be a little too similar in design to the 44 chrono I already have. There is something about the older 42 that speaks to me. Years ago the Panda was the first AP I've ever owned and I've always loved it's flexibility (bracelet, strap, etc...), just not sure if it's a little dated in comparison.Thoughts and advice are always appreciated ! incoming - jumbo's new blue friend
i had been coveting this for some time now, and lucky enough to land a pre-owned one.photos of the blue dial have kept me mesmerized in suspense. and now, seeing it in person, it's a totally different excitement. i have to spend some time viewing it more meticulously, but wanted to share the incoming with the rest of the community.immediate reaction is that the sheer feel/weight of it in my hand is extremely impressive. there's a fit-n-finish feel that is immediate and intense.coincidental, yet fitting, that i had the jumbo today....thus why i posted in this forum.it's a blue day (apologies for glare of the crystal in the photo...difficult to capture with office window...and doesn't do justice how sensational the blue dial is)

Hey guys - first trip to Italy
Hey guys! I'm planning and preparing for my first trip to Italy in June. Planning on a few days in Rome and a few days in Florence/Tuscany. From a watch lover's perspective, is there any must do or must see things while I'm over there? I would obviously like to visit the original Panerai store, but is there anything in addition to that?Thank you for your tips!
