My first Audemars Piguet Purchase!
I was thinking long and hard aboute the new royal oak chrono but at the end of the day, I couldn't get over some of the updates (uneven sub dials in contrasting colours, location of the date) and the fact that it wasn't an in-house movement. I still think it's a beautiful watch however when I put on the 15400OR with the blue dial, it was a done deal. Absolutely thrilled to have this piece! More pics to come!

Modifying Speedmaster?
I'm thinking about doing it.. although I know many people think it is sort of sacrilege.I would like to buy a panda dial (Mitsukoshi) and change the sweeping seconds hand and minute & hour hands to black.All sold online by Ofrei (if I can'y post the name let me know and I will edit, or any mod can go ahead on delete it).Any watchmaker could do it.Would you do it? Any pics of such a mod?

Double Red spotted!
Hey all!I was strolling through the city today and happen to walk by a storefront with a lot of vintage watches and happen to see a double Red Sea-dweller! There were actually 2 in the case, one of them being a patent pending caseback. I stepped in to see the watch and was amazed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
