AP UK service centre, Hanover Square experiences
So over the weekend my Diver, stopped running and won't get going again, it ran for 5 seconds when I wound it then it stopped again I intend to take it to the UK service centre in London. Just wondering if anyone has any experiences with them. If anyone has any ideas on typical turn around times and the sort of service I can expect. Many thanks.
Omega 562 caliber
Hi guys I recently acquired a Seamaster with a 562 caliber movement, I would like to know how can it be adjusted, its got a swan neck system. Regards Francois
Speedmaster Pro Apollo XI 40th Anniversary
Evening all,Had a chance to try this on today, and it's not a bad looking watch - the red-tipped chrono seconds hand was a nice touch, and the mission patch on the subdial is good too - sterling silver, not printed on like the Moon to Mars editions. Comes in a mahoosive box, the usual limited edition gubbins, and a 42mm silver commemorative medallion. But, at 3500, I think it's a little on the pricey side, especially as it's not all that limited - 7969 will be made. To sum up, I like the looks of it, but not the price. Anyone else had a chance to see one in the flesh?
126600 on 7.25-7.5 wrist?
Wondering whether anyone has any wrist shots of the SD43 on a smaller wrist. My wrists are 7.25-7.5'' but I feel like they are thinner than that would imply. I can pull off the SD4k but am a bit wary of anything larger. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
Rolex Explorer II Ref.16570 - Wrong Clasp Installed
Hi,Bought my self an EX II from 91 (N Serial#). Unfortunately I did not pay enough attention to the clasp. After receiving it, I was a little bit surprised that an Oysterclasp was attached. Strabge thing is that it fits to the watch (from the year pont of view). It is a P Serial, also 92.Would it be possible that the first buyer had the clasp changed by the AD, or did someone just replace the upper part of the clasp?Could someone tell me which clasp should be installed?
