Talking With Patek Philippe President At Their New LA Boutique
Los Angeles is the first US city with a dedicated Patek Philippe brand boutique store (previously discussed here), and I got a chance to check it out recently. I have to say, the ambiance there is really lovely. While there I had a rare opportunity to interview Patek Philippe President Thierry Stern. I discussed the unique?interview in more detail in an article on Forbes (that I recommend you read here). In addition to sharing that article, you can check out some images of the boutique and the interview video below.[youtube youtubewatches-dealer/watch?v=FMQ8TbxDTqI&version=3&hl=en_US] #gallery-2 { margin: auto; } #gallery-2 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 20%; } #gallery-2 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-2 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0

Finally!!!!!
Hi! Y'allI am big fan in this forum for awhile and consider to step up to buy PP watch. After I read this pp forum and realize that which model should I go for. Then, I know that I am in love with 5711 blue face and cant stop dreaming, I have to pull the trigger. As u know, it is super hard to get it. I went to many countries to find and I couldnt find it. Until I went to Spain (Granada) with my wife and I found it. Super lucky and happy to own it. Thanks to this forum make me happy to get what I really want.Thank you again..
Dads Rolex. What to do?
Hi! First time poster here... please be gentle if I'm asking a question that's been asked already, but I searched through the forum, and couldn't find a satisfactory answer. =)I just sent in my Dad's Datejust 16014 - I believe it's from the late 70s or early 80s to the Dallas RSC. I don't ever intend on selling it, but would like to keep it in the family as a heirloom piece. My Dad left the family when I was a child, so I don't really have any sentimental attachments to it, but it's just a rather cool piece, it being a relatively old watch. I'm debating whether I should replace the dials and hands. I understand with new dials and hands I will lose the tritium, and the overall faded vintage feel. Considering I don't intend on selling it, should I just have them replace it? Any other factors that I should take into? Thanks in advance! Btw, just placed an order with my AD for my first new Rolex - an Explorer 1... can't wait!
