Hands-On: With The A. Lange & S?hne Richard Lange Perpetual Calendar Terraluna (Live Pics &
One of the most interesting complicated watches to come out of SIHH 2014 is without a doubt the Richard Lange Perpetual Calendar Terraluna from A. Lange & Söhne. It uses a regulator-style dial layout with the addition of a perpetual calendar, a 14-day power reserve, a constant force escapement, and a graphic orbital moonphase complication right on the plate of the movement. This is an absolute beast of a watch and here we have a ton of live photos and all the gritty details for you. 2 OF 22 A. At 45.5mm in diameter and 16.5mm thick, the Terraluna is bigger than what most will want to wear on a daily basis. It sits about as well on the wrist as one can hope for at this size, but it's not sliding under any cuffs. The two advantages to the size though are the clarity of the relatively busy dial and the a
Incoming Hopefully Not Outgoing [Poll Included]
I am happy to announce I got my AP Diver today, complete with 2 straps that totally don't fit...LOL...Ok they almost fit on the tightest notch, and I wore today after taking a sauna to expand my wrists...haha. But I did order 2 new ones from AP, I am just trying to decide if the watch is too big for my 6.3-6.4 inch wrists.Lugs are right at the brink of hanging over, but not as bad as AP 44 Novelty I briefly tried last year. Comfort is better as well.I love love love the design, and my only concern is size.It is also very comfortable even with a fairly loose fit.I think I might be able to pull it off with the smaller straps. What do you guys think? Does It Fit?Ok here are pictures of incoming HOPEFULLY not outgoing Out in the Sun Getting Orange to Match My Watchdiver1.jpgOh That Beautiful Brushed Ceramic Bezel... Incoming first Omega!!
After I got my first Rolex a few months back I became really interested in some other watches as well, and decided that I wanted to make a Speedmaster my next purchase. Thanks to a great income tax refund, this morning I had the pleasure of opening my first FedEx package with an Omega in it! I picked up a Speedy Moonwatch from DavidSW, whoever owned this watch previously took really great care of it, I couldn't be happier with my new-to-me watch! Here it is, what a beauty!!Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Two Generations of Seamasters
The holidays is all about family, so I decided to take some pictures of my dad's Seamaster with my Seamaster. But the funny thing is that mine is older than his. Mine: Dad's:Gotta love that electric blue dial!Happy Holidays.
