New Colors for the Alpina Extreme Diver 1000 Meters
Last year Alpina launched its Extreme Diver 1000 Meters. For Spring/Summer 2009, Alpina introduces four new dials: Yellowtail, Orange Sunset, C?te d’Azur and Black Ocean. The Extreme Diver 1000 Meters has a 48mm black PVD steel case with a unidirectional rotating bezel displaying a luminous minute indication. The bezel measures elapsed time in minutes for the first fifteen minutes and then in ten minute segments after that. A luminous triangle marker highlights the 12 o’clock position. The watch also features an automatic helium escape value at 10 o’clock. The black dials offer optimized readability: Arabic figures, hands and applied indexes are coated with colored SuperLuminova. The date at 3 o'clock is displayed in a half-moon shaped aperture. Under the dial, the Alpina Extreme Diver 1000 Meters features an automatic movement with a power reserve of 42 hours. Latest Arrival - SOH 46 Bronze
so yeah, my first Breitling is finally here.fancied one of these a couple of years ago in black/black combo because of its clean/simple dial, and thought the 46 was too big and the 38 was too small.anyway, bumped into this BNIB SOH46 Bronze the other week from an AD and the price was too good too miss, so pulled the trigger.... just as well it came on the Ocean Classic bracelet.i think the Bronze bezel/dial combo will be able to balance my current sports watch collection... it'd add more colour to it IMO pix - everyone likes pix, so here they are it came with a bezel protector - Oscar will be proud of me late night indoor wrist shotoutdoor cloudy day wrist shoti have to say - the Ocean Classic Mesh bracelet is very comfortable. it certainly adds abit of weight to the watch, but it is quite wearable overall. Orange is my 2nd fave colour - i am very happy with this purchase and i look forward to spending more time with it

Birthyear inheritance
Just wanted to share this one with you guys. My youngest son was due in january, but obviously refused to let the hulk go. He needed it as his birthyear for when i give it to him in 20+ years.Next project will be an Explorer Polar 2015 for my eldest son.What do you guys have in store for your inheritors?
