Glycine Incursore II & III Watches
The popular Incursore collection from Glycine returns with a model II and model III. Relatively inexpensive, these watches comes with a few dial styles and with automatic or manually wound movements. Actually, the price of the pieces with a manually wound Unitas 6498 movement is the same as the watch with an automatic ETA 2824. So why would someone opt for a manually wound movement. Well, I guess some people prefer itbut really the only difference is a central seconds hand (in the automatic) versus a subsidiary seconds dial in the manually wound version. Oh, and the view through the watch's exhibition caseback is gonna be different. The Glycine Incursore II model (ref. 3901)? is that with the manually wound movement, and the III (ref. 3900) has the automatic. Each comes in a 44mm wide steel case (100 meters water resistant) with an available metal bracelet or thick leather strap. Each watch has a few dial options. Royal Oak as your only AP?
Hi All,I asked a similar question on the PP forum when I was considering an Aquanaut as my only PP. Well that happened and now I'm looking to add an AP RO possibly for my 40th birthday present to myself. Curious to see who has an RO as their only AP. The ROC and RO dual time are also in consideration, but I'm leaning towards the 15300st or 15400st with blue dial since it is an in-house movement. I have a 116520 and two GMT2s. At first I didn't consider the 15202st jumbo because I felt having the seconds hand a more practical purchase, but it is growing on me. I need to go try some on :-P...Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

The buyer of the Paul Newman Paul Newman
So I came across the video about 40 minutes long and it was an interview at SIHH of Aurel Bacs . it centered around the Paul Newman Paul newman That Recently sold for 17 million . One of the questions was about the morality of such an expensive watch . His cancer centered around charity and part of the proceeds going to charity .However interesting Comment was he knows the buyer and how much they Contribute to charity . So I was thinking that a Rolex contribute most of the profits to charity. Would they make Rolex the new owner of the Paul Newman .
