Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece Double Retrograde watch
Although the automatic watch new masterpiece Double retrograde publishing limited Maurice Lacroix (REF. MP6519-PG101-430) is not also grossly extravagant as superb Maurice Lacroix masterpiece wheel Carree second which was also introduced in Basel last week, it still appears original and, well, desirable. The reason for the attraction of the timekeeper is the winning combination of rose gold 46 mm case and dial with blue face elements deep. Together, these ingredients give the watch a particularly noble aspect, put in the same league with the cream of the cream of the community of Swiss watchmaking.

6.5" wrist and Royal Oak Bracelet fit
My wrist size is 6.5 and I've take 3 links off my 15400OR but it is quite loose on me still. Took it to the AD and they said if they took another one off it would be too tight. As of now, I can easily fit a finger in between my wrist and the bracelet. Anyone else have a 6.5 wrist with similar issues? Would really like to avoid ordering half-links as I'm assuming they will be very expensive. I'll post some pics when I get home....

Omega speedmaster service.
First off i have been away from the site for a while. I would check in every once in a while but not post. So i am back..My question is what is reasonabel for a service on my speedmaster. I local watch maker said 500 with a case polish and buff a scratch out of the crystal.. I thought that was alot.. Is It? We arent talking new parts or anything... How much should i be paying?

Need help on a dress watch!!
I'm trying to decide on a dress watch and am agonizing over the decision. It is either a Patek 5196P or a 5146 wg w/slate dial. I know that they are very different but that said I only plan on having 1 dress watch. I like the calatrava because it is the best one Patek offers. The dial is amazing, the watch is discrete, the platinum feels great and the diamond adds a really nice touch that makes the piece feel very special at least to me. The annual calendar is a fantastic piece as well. Automatic is nice, vs. manual wind for the calatrava. The AC offers so much watch! Dial is also great and I like the lume and the all around complication. Both pieces are amazing, yet very different, but I can only justify one. My other watches include an Aquanaut, a bunch of different older/vintage sea dwellers and subs, and a speedy. Here are some pics and I truly welcome your feedback and thoughts.

Do you like 5160? I bought 5160J in 2012. Some collectors don't like it because too much engrave. However, I like it very much. Then, I waited for another three years.
