Great Service from APSC Clearwater!
The crown on my 15400 had worked its way loose so I decided to send it in to Clearwater for a checkup and a pressure test to activate the 3rd year warranty. The whole process was extremely smooth and communication from AP was exceptional. I got phone calls and emails confirming they received my watch, time for completion (estimated 1 month), service confirmation and notification of shipping home. They performed a full service of the movement under warranty and extended the warranty by an additional 2 years. Best of all the whole process was completed in just 3 weeks. The watch was VERY WELL packaged when it returned and even got the nice AP travel case. I know many of you have dealt with APSC before and had similar experience but for those of you that haven't AP is among the best when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. New Addition to my Panerai Team
Acquired my first Panerai in June of last year, and you could say I am really enjoying getting more familiar with the Brand. Added a 24 today to my 111 and 388.
