26470ST to 26470OR
I bought a 26470ST last summer and really like it a lot. I switch between the ROO and my Gold Rolex GMT2 as my daily watches.I just got the idea though to PX both the 26470ST and 116718 for a Gold 26470OR.Has anyone else made this switch, from the steel model to the gold model? Anything I should be aware of - much heavier, easier to damage, etc? Also anyone put their 26470OR on a rubber strap as I really like the convenience of rubber straps - is it easy to do?
AP time
Day off today due to bank holiday so time for relaxing and reading ImageUploadedByTapatalk1401113661.271509.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1401113688.052891.jpgHa older brotherImageUploadedByTapatalk1401113771.263272.jpg
The first used watched I bought was the Omega 2534.50...
... one year ago. And I still like it. It is a pleasure to use and wear. The case and bracelet makes it very comfortable. And the waves on the dial is a nice design element too.
Omega warranty is awesome
I bought a preowned 2594.52 from the US and the prior owner had it full serviced back in Feb/2011.Last week the crown was no longer screwing down.I took it to Omega in Toronto and they called Omega US to confirm if the watch was indeed serviced. They confirmed and the crown replacement and tube will be under warranty. For those who are unaware, Omega warranty is transferrable!
The new Steel & Gold Nautilus 5980
Saw this at my ADNot something I would buy because I don't like bicolor watches. Don't like that steel& gold sub neitherbut irl it did not look bad :-)
