Please help me choose; Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding 15400ST vs 15450ST
Hello All,I am interested in purchasing an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding and am trying to select between the 15400ST and 15450ST. For comparison purposes, I believe that the Rolex Day-Date 40 fits my 6.65 (rather flat across the top) wrist well.I believe that I am somewhat between sizes and that the 15202ST would likely be the best fit, but regret the higher price, lack of features such as a quick-set date and particularly the lack of a seconds hand. Any experience with APBands.com?
I'm thinking of putting a hornback on my 44 RG and wanted to know if anyone had any experience with APbandsQuality, fit, feel, etc... how does it compare to the OEM bands?AP has a matt finish strap. Advice Needed : AP ROO Scuba Orange?
Hi allI'm thinking of selling either my ROO White Theme or my ROO Diver to fund for a Boutique Scuba Diver Orange which is rare - the motivation to do it comes from the fact that the Orange Diver is rare plus I like watches with orange accents..My dilemma is that I would've loved to own all 3 but as is often the case with watch addictions, i don't wish to have too much funds tied up in watches.May I hear some of your opinions please? Omega strap for Planet Ocean
Guys,Any ideas on where to get a new Orange alligator Omega strap from for a Planet Ocean... Have decided that if I go for one, then I'll order with S/S bracelet, and get the strap.. It's not a watch I plan to keep long term and I dare say the Orange strap will become dirty very quickly.. So I can then sell it on the brand new bracelet... Hey Everyone,I am finally feeling the pull of a Patek dress watch.Seeing the 5270 (white dial) and 5131r in person has cast a spell on me.But are those too dressy for more casual attire?Since dress watches are not something I have a lot of experience with,I am coming here to seek sage advice.Question: Which Patek Dress watch references, metals, dial colors etc. are the easiest to wear with casual attire as well as more dressed up.I am not looking for any Nautilus (including 5980, 5990, etc) or Aquanaut references, but more the classic (and modern) Patek dress watch references.Main criteria 1) Definitely under $120-130K (but more realistically $50-100K range)2) Must dress down to even jeans, shorts, sandals, nice shirts, and sharp graphic tees even.
