The Histoire de Tourbillon 2 from Harry Winston costs almost three times the price of the Opus Eleven, and it is far more rare.? This 48.5mm bi-axial flying tourbillon is an extraordinary piece of haute horology, one that further proves this brand has what it takes to compete against the established players in the world of complications.? We got the chance to play the Histoire de Tourbillon 2 in the room above Winston's 5th avenue boutique, a room once occupied by Harry Winston's personal office.? The result were the following photographs of one hell of a cool watch.?The follow-up act to 2009's Histoire de Tourbillon, this flying tourbillon features a titanium cage with an outer rotation of 120 seconds, and inner rotation of 40 seconds.? The tourbillon alone consists of 95 individual parts.? Anyone have any info about the 14790?
Hey guys,Wish you guys a pleasant day!Long story short for you guys; I have always been a fan of the Royal Oak(the bracelet is truly a work of art), but never got myself to venture as they always wore too large on my wrists. I gave the 15300 and 15202 a good chance, tried them on many many times, but the protruding lugs just didnt allow the watch to hug my wrists, and it would bother me.Being primarily into vintage watches, I am somewhat drawn towards the 14790.It is definitely not very old, at 36MM I believe it should be a fantastic fit, and has a nice blue dial.My only worry is that there is barely any information about this reference online.I have noticed different variants with the audemars piguet written as a straight text evenly, and another variant where the Letters A and P in the audemars piguet are higher/larger fonts.I also am unable to track back through the case back number to what year the watch would be dated to.I would appreciate if anyone has any information at all to s
Please help me identify this vintage ladies Patek
A friend of mine received this from her late grandmother who has had it since 1955. We can't seem to locate any information on it. Would anyone be able to help??
Ref 5085
Hey guys,I am doing pretty extensive research on my first Patek. I ran into Ref 5085. Really like the dial, but at 37mm appears to be a bit small.Would love to hear your thoughts on this ref. Many thanks in advance!
Oyster bracelet length
Slightly odd question but does anyone know if the Oyster bracelet on the Datejust 116200 is the same length as the one on the OP 116000 with or without the Easylink deployed?Putting it another way my OP has 5 full links at 6 O'clock and 7 full links at 12 O'clock excluding the bracelet attachment links - is the Easylink in addition to this?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
