Tips for Attending Baselworld
Baselworld 2010 runs from March 18 to 25 and it’s open to the public. Admission is CHF 60.00 for a 1-day pass, or CHF 150.00 for an 8-day pass. The doors are open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and until 4 p.m. on March 25.If you're thinking of attending, here are some quick tips:The Fair is held at the Basel Exhibition Center, known locally as Messe Basel. Hall No. 1 is the main building where the big watch brands are located. Other buildings also house watch exhibitors �C check maps available at the Fair to find out who is where.Who won't be there: not all brands attend Baselworld. Many large brands show at the SIHH in Geneva in January, and SIHH is open only to the trade and invited guests. AP 44mm Black Ceramic (26405ce)
Hi guys!Been wanting this as my daily. But, is the bezel (black ceramic) scratchfree unlike its SS counterparts? I know that ceramics can chip off if hit hard but I don't think that will happen to me. Had the 42mm Elephant a while back and the bezel easily scratches and annoys me. Mostly office works only. Hi guys! I am seeking for assistance please. I was offered a 2007 Patek Nautilus 5711 blue dial. Condition is unworn and it has not been serviced. Questions: 1) does it need a service? 2) has the retail price gone up? current list from 2012 is $26700.00? 3) would you get this piece or wait for a new one? If you choose this piece what sort of amount would you offer? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I thought it was just old stock or grey market but I guess even for that the price was too good.Anyone else come across this seller?

My New Submariner 116610LV
I posted last week after making my purchase, and finally took delivery of my 116610LV last Friday - just in time for the weekend!I am beyond thrilled with this watch. It has so much wrist presence, and the emerald green bezel and dial are just downright elegant! Not to mention, learning the pedigree and history of the Submariner has made me love my watch even more. My wife and I enjoy scuba diving, so reading all of the stories about Rolex's impact on dive history really connects me with my Sub.
