JLC Embraces Communications Technology for SIHH 2010
Jaeger-LeCoultre will take the members of its online community on an unprecedented technological journey during the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH). The journey begins on January 18 with the unveiling of an exceptional new timepiece. This video hints that it may be something rugged. 5 year boutique warranties - International?
I was wondering what experiences people around here have had with the 5 year warranties that are offered with boutique purchases. When I bought my 15202 from the HK boutique - I was told that the warranty would be 5 years, but that outside the first 3 year window, it would be necessary to send the watch to the HK boutique for the remainder of the warranty to be honoured. I did not receive a definitive answer as to whether the warranty would be honoured at other service centres around the world in the year 4/5 period.I would appreciate any anecdotes!
