Orbita Avanti 3 Watch Winder Review
"Fancy." Was pretty much the word that came to mind after finally unwrapping the Avanti 3 from US-based watch winder maker Orbita. This isn't the first package from Orbita that I have had to wage sweet war with to open, so I know this is a trend. I have to say that if Orbita ever decided to get out of the watch winder business they would find immediate use in the "package stuff up so that no matter what, nothing will damage it" business. If the attention to detail they use when packaging their products up for delivery speaks anything about the attention to detail in their products - these products should seemingly last forever.About 30 minutes after climbing the unpackaging mountain you reach the summit and the Avanti 3 shows itself accompanied by something that is best described as that "new watch winder smell." Nautilus - which one? Seeking opinions!
Hey guys, you were so helpful for me (and others!) in my Aquanaut decision (painfully waiting for my 5167 to get in) --- I'd like to solicit feedback on a few Nautilus models I am considering. While I'm not sure I'm ready to buy today, I'm trying to figure out if I want the: 5711/1A or the 5726/1A.Yes, it's a different price point - but I'm struggling with this. You are the experts - I'd love to hear your thoughts. Also, I think the 5726 is thicker than the 5711 - is it negligible?Thanks again!

Black Bay Noir ETA with all the Straps options
So my AD didn't have the BB ETA in the bracelet so I end up buying the leather strap version, I asked if they would sell me a bracelet and it must be faith bc they had one and sold me it, no discount. I later purchased the Everest rubber band and wore it for a good month, it was comfortable and have no complaints other than the band keeper was large, Everest sent me smaller keepers and all was good.I later saw some Instagram post of Erika's Original MN Strap, started to do some Youtubing and like the idea of how its worn on and fitted. Just like a NATO if one spring bar fails the watch head still dangle so you won't lose your watch. Another amazing feature about the strap is its like your Levis Jeans with 1% st reach material. Yes the strap has some stretch so it's super comfortable and moves with your wrist. Only complaint about the strap is you have to learn how to hook the metal piece to the lock the strap in place using one hand. Do it over and over again and it gets easier.

DJ41 on leather???
Anyone out there with pics of the DJ41 on a leather strap? I've narrowed down the dial to either the rhodium or silver to add a lighter colored dial to my otherwise all black dual collection. Love the jubilee bracelet but feel like fluted bezel and jubilee combo is a little on the dressy and blingy side. But fluted and leather combo I think would tone it down a bit. Side note, I actually like the look of the smooth bezel and jubilee combo but feel like the smooth bezel with a strap could be a little bland. So if I were to exclusively keep it on jubilee, I think I would go with the smooth bezel.Anyway, hope there are folks out there that have done this mod and provide me with inspiration.
