De GRISOGONO Otturatore Watch Is Four-Faced
After some years of development De GRISOGONO released a fantastic new caliber in a polarizing new timepiece with a name I can barely pronounce. Try saying "Otturatore" a few times really fast. I am sure that means something sexually satisfying in Italian, but this is a Swiss brand through and through. De GRISOGONO is a rare band in the US, but one that has a lot of cool and complex pieces. While a lot of brands like to call themselves "avant garde, " I have to say that De GRISOGONO actually is.What makes me sad is how expensive this watch is. It is about 69,100 - 71,100 Swiss Francs depending on the style. It doesn't need to be that expensive, even though the brand did put a lot of work in to the movement development. Offer a steel-cased version for $20,000 and then at least you have my attention more. Nesbit's Service
I had Nesbit's service my Omega Seamaster 120m Chronometer and they did a fine job. Watch came back looking and running great. I was wondering if someone could explain the results and statistics test they included. This is the first time seeing results and was hoping someone could explain it to me. I waited over a year for this, last week my AD called and said get your ducks in a row, its on the way. So, a quick one hour flight from LA to the Bay Area and it was on my wrist. First impressions, the watch oozes Patek quality, sits flat on my wrist and is very comfortable (will be better with a short strap arriving in a few days), seems light weight after wearing my platinum 5905P, is very legible, and the finishing on the movement is really well done. Something that will take getting used to, the rotor noise is really loud, in fact it's the noisiest watch I've ever seen or heard. Here a couple pictures, more to follow.

I think I know what the consensus viewpoint well be, but here goes ...I want a 3-watch collection. 1 GMT. 1 Chrono. 1 Diver.Chrono.
