Classy, Stealthy, Sporty Citizen Alterna Eco-Drive Watches
In America we get upset at the notion that cool objects are sold elsewhere and not here. We have had to deal with this for years in terms of cars, electronics, and especially watches. Japanese companies such as Citizen and Seiko are well known in the US, but don't exactly have the prestige that Swiss watches have. Regardless, in Japan these companies service the low-end and high-end markets equally.I'd say that most of the interesting watches that Citizen makes are never officially sold in the US. They are made in limited numbers and sold in places all over Japan. The market there seems to gobble up limited edition pieces that appeal only to a select few. Well some of these have much wider appeal in my opinion, and you should know about at least some of them. Model Identification Help
I have an old Seamaster that's been in the family for a few decades. The crown has fallen off and have no idea what part it might need. I suspect a new stem is required among other things. Sounds like the rotor is rattling around in there too. YM + Everest Band
I just received my everest black strap with tang buckle and it is amazing. The quality is top, the comfort is amazing and I love how under the radar my watch is right now. It's amazing to have 2 watches in one now. Everest has confirmed my thoughts on what would be my perfect watch, a steel sports rolex on a rubber strap (oysterflex), I'm still waiting for it but for now this is my solution. I wanted to share since I have not since this combo anywhere. I really recommend this strap.Obviously I'm keeping my Oyster but I'll use it for special occasions, everything else is for the everest.
