Hi all,I am looking to purchase a ROO, basically going for the black ceramic diver, but also looking at 44mm models, and while looking something strikes me as being very strange, on Chrono 24, the 44mm models in ceramic cost more than the same models in forged carbon, but if you take the 42mm divers, the FC bumblebee costs much more than the ceramic diver, I am a logical person, well before my 5th glass of whisky and I can't find a logical explanation on this one, anyone know the cause of this?Thanks guys
AP RG Novelty or Rolex YG DDII
I am thinking about changing up my collection a little bit and the piece in question is my DDII ... While I love the way it feels and looks, I have been thinking of changing the dial for a while now. Which brings me to the consideration of a RG Novelty... My minimal hesitation is the rubber strap but I saw a leather band option at the AP boutique. Perhaps the ROC in RG?My question is does this trade make sense? I have always wanted a DDII and was fortunate enough to source it after a long wait. I just wish the dial would be more 'intricate' like in AP's. Another variable is to get the RG SkyDweller on bracelet when it comes our later this year. Would appreciate any insight. New Incoming -BLNR
So it's been a busy month for me. I just picked up a BLNR and love it. Watch was is great shape. Wanted to thank Tom (Ttomczak) for an easy transaction. Would not hesitate to purchase/trade with him. I love this watch. The PCL's are a love hate. I like the bling factor, but according to TRF they are scratch magnets. I plan to pick up a Blue Rubber B. That way I can rotate depending on my mood. The Braclet is smaller than the sub. In don't see any half links. I have every link in and ext expanded at it fits slightly loose (almost perfect) and with ext in feels tight. Miss the glidelock to be honest. Those 2mm increments are amazing. Either way I am happy and tickled pink to finally have my two favorites models.
