Which PO Next?
So, right now I have the black dial/silver numerals PO and I love it. The PO is one of my favorite watches on the market and I want to get another. So, should I get the white PO in the next month or so, or hold out, save up, and get the blue LM PO in a while? My problem is that the blue is cool, really awesome, but is it a $2400 premium cool? Thanks!!!
OMEGA Official COSC Certificates
COSC used to give these certificates out for free. Now, they will charge 50 Swiss francs(roughly 50 USD dollars) to send out these certificates. This is the email I received today. This sucks, I wanted it for freeeeeeeeee! Dear Mr Jee Hong, We thank you for your reply dated 8th January 2010 and the attached pictures. We shall gladly provide the official COSC certificate for your chronometer watch. The COSC document will be requested from the official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute and, as of 1 August 2008, issued against a payment of Swiss francs CHF 50.--. Pre-payment can be made either by credit card (may we kindly ask you to let us have the name, expiration date, security code of 3 or 4 digits and the number of your credit card so as to charge your card account) or by bank transfer to UBS SA, Bienne – Swift / BIC: UBSWCHZH80A: in Euro to account CH72 0023 0230 5000 6624 8in CHF to account CH94 0023 0230 5000 6624 0in USD to account CH40 0023 0230 5000 6624 2 Thanking
I am steaming!!!
bought a brand new speed master reduced for my wife 5 weeks ago at an official Omega dealer, and the watch is gaining 5 minutes every time when my wife take the watch off and leave it alone for about 5 to 6 hours. I tried to return the watch but the dealer will not take it back and told me to send to the service department. Is this normal? I mean nowdays we can practically return anything that is not working properly after about one or two month of purchase, especially for something this expensive. What do you guys/gals think? what can I do now? should I just send to the service department?
How flexible are Nautilus bracelets?
I'm looking a couple of Nautilus models and wondering how flexible the bracelets are?Do they wear and sit on the wrist similar to the AP RO bracelet where due to the tighter integrated design of the links there is only so much flex and movement of the links at the ends near the lugs, i.e. it will only form a curve to a certain size/degree? This would be as opposed to say an Oyster bracelet which has full range of movement between each link if you see what I mean. Are there any smaller wristed folks out there who can comment on how the Nautilus bracelet fits them? Thanks :)
