Ulysse Nardin Commemorates Columbus’s Santa Maria with Limited Edition
Ulysse Nardin’s origins as a maker of nautical clocks and marine chronometers are on display in many of the brand’s modern wristwatches, like its Marine collection of divers’ watches. The newest model from the Swiss brand’s Cloisonn collection of limited-edition timepieces, the Classico Limited Edition Santa Maria, continues the theme of sailing with its tribute to the flagship vessel of Christopher Columbus’s historic voyage to the Americas in 1492.The Santa Maria, the largest of Columbus’s trio of ships that made the trip across the Atlantic Ocean to the New World, is depicted in elegantly rendered cloisonn on the finely enamelled dial. The legendary ship, with its flag waving as if in an ocean wind, stands out from the greenish blue of the ocean waves and the dark blue of the sky. More than 5o hours of intricate work by artisans and more than 26 baking processes were needed to create each dial. The Classico Limited Edition Santa Maria is powered
Omega Speedmaster Cal. 321
Hi everyone,I have an opportunity to buy a NOS Omega Speedmaster Cal. 321. All I know about the watch is that the Cal. 321 is a highly sought after movement, is that true? Also what sort of price would be reasonable for this watch, it is a purchase through a friend of mine who works at an AD.Thank you in advance :)
the more I see it .
the more I love it !I know IMPOSSIBLE to get but man I love this pieceAnd it might be an exception but in this case I really do prefer the yellow goldThe enamel multi colored dial and the yellow gold gave the watch such a warm vintage feelingJust mesmerizing
Incoming Friday... First Pam!
So I have been not sure on where to go with my collection. Don't have a ton of funds and typically keep it to 2 or 3 watches, right now have a Rolex 114060 and love it. Was looking at adding a BLNR, but wanted to look outside Rolex as wellWent and tried on a 44mm basic sandwich dial today and fell in love with the simplicity of the Pam112. Display caseback, manual wind, strap changing options, it's going to be awesome! Worked out a deal with DavidSW and should be here Friday morning Unboxing and wrist pics soonNow for the strap obsession I've been told so much about... where do you guys recommend I look for vintage leather straps?
Is there any discounts given on sd43 126600?
Hi everyone, What has been trf members experience with sd43? Is is typically full msrp for sd43 Red Sea dweller 126600 or can a discount be possible without purchasing 2nd Watch or PM piece? I understand they are rare but nothing like Daytona c or sky-d. Thanks.
