Swiss Army "New" Original Watch
1989 Swiss Army releases their first timepiece. It is called the Original. I have no idea if it was originally called the original. That would be ironic, sort of. It is certainly an icon though. Everyone has seen this watch. Either on someone's wrist, in a store, or just online. Just saw a IWC for sale on the forum and man is it scratched to s$!t....Do companies use different grades of ceramic?

Omega battery strap
Where and how can I find a replacement battery strap for an old Omega Case # 1455 watch? It's a tiny piece that holds the battery in place. I took it to my local jewelers and they told me the part isn't available. They suggested getting the entire mechanism replaced, which I think is over kill.

Old movement on D Blue
I bought my D Blue a week before Basel and when Rolex announced the new D Blue with the new movement I questioned if I had made the right choice. For kicks, I decided to check the accuracy and the results look good to me on the calibre 3135.
