World Watch Report 2009 Reveals Online Trends
Digital marketing specialist IC-Agency has released the 5th World Watch Report market study. Its conclusions are based on a sample of more than 300 million global online searches relating to 25 watch brands in 7 export markets: China, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, France and Germany. The study found that the 3 most-searched watch models are the Omega Seamaster and Speedmaster, and the Rolex Daytona, in that order. In terms of global demand distribution for luxury watches, Europe leads the way with a 44.2% market share. Within Europe, the UK is tops (14.6%), followed by Germany (12.1%), Italy (9.6%) and France (7.7%). The USA remains the most important single market at 42.8%. Asia is still weak, with 13.2% market share, but China (7.4%) overtakes Japan (5.8%). This is important because China’s level of Internet usage is only 22%, compared with 74% in Japan. New watch brand Equipe get's a commercial. Where it will run I am not sure - on YouTube at the very least. The brand has a number of automotive inspired watches with a "gear-head" fashion twist. Some interesting designs. Check em out if you like what you see.

Black or Blue SMP chrono and why?
HiIve finally made up my mind, and set on buying the SMP chrono. The purchase will be made tomorrow or after tomorrow, but im confused whether to get the black or blue one. The only reservation i have is that it isnt a coaxial model.Should I get the Planet ocean(non-chrono) instead?

359 new shoes.
Finished making the denim strap for my 359 this afternoon. Quite pleased with the result, the wife will be miffed when she finds out I cut her jeans up to make it. Sent by Taptalk from my phone which rather annoyingly and randomly rotates my pictures the wrong way around whenever it takes a fancy. I am sure the damn things got a mind of its own. :-(
