Introducing The MB&F Megawind, A New Take On The HM3 (Live Pics)
Horological Machine No.3, or HM3, is one of MB&F's most instantly recognizable creations. It has been released in many variations over the years, including the popular Frog editions and a collaboration with Stepan Sarpaneva, but today we have another HM3 variant for you, the Megawind. More than a few small changes have been made from the original and we've got all the details for you here. 2 OF 12 The large rotor gives the Megawind its name First off, as you might guess from the name, the winding rotor takes center stage in the Megawind. AP 15300ST Back from New England
As it is now a tradition with me, I like to post pictures of my travels and my watches. This weekend my wife and I headed to New England for a long weekend at her boss' house in New Hampshire. While we were there, we also visited Maine and Boston. We had an amazing time and I hope the pictures show you a little bit of what we enjoyed. We had tons of steamed lobster, lobster rolls, steamer clams, haddock and wine. Their house is just gorgeous with tons of grapevines around, hummingbirds, deer and chipmunks. In Maine we visited the Kittery Trading Post, York, Cape Neddick aka Nubble Lighthouse, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way Lighthouse and had amazing lobster rolls at the #1 place in Maine for lobster rolls called the Foot Bridge Lobster. While in Boston we walk around all over the place including the North End and took some great pictures from the Top of the Hub at the Prudential building. Also stopped by European Watch Co. on Newbury street. Great selection of APs, Pateks and other 'haute
