Now Also Writing Watch Articles For ViaLuxe.com
Hopefully you've heard of ViaLuxewatches-dealer. They are a good operation and really bring the authorized watch retail space to the Internet. Basically they have relationships with brands and watch retailers all over - and they work to inventory their watches together in one place and conduct sales for them. What this means to you, is that ViaLuxe is a place to get luxury watches online - a good thing. In the past if the particular watch you wanted was not near where you lived, you'd be out of luck. You might be aware that there is a hesitancy from luxury watch makers to enter the online sales world. Sites like ViaLuxe are helping to ease the big players into being OK with online sales - something I am a supporter of.Above is one of my ViaLuxewatches-dealer articles. PO 8500 options
I'm very close to buying a Planet Ocean to compliment my Sea-Dweller and my late-60s vintage DeVille. Overall, I prefer the 2500 version with the aluminum bezel, but I don't want to turn my back on the new movement. My question is this: can I buy the orange 8500 in 42mm and then install one of the older 2500 black bezels? Will it fit?

To polish or not
I am thinking of selling my Sub Date to finance the watch that has been haunting me for the last year, the BLNR... I take good care of my watches but the bracelet shows of course some desk diving scratches especially on the clasp. no dent do ding no deep scratches just the usual swirls...Should I take the bracelet to the RSC and have them to do a little polish?will they polish the bracelet without doing a complete service? (the watch is only 2 years old)?is it worth it?I myself alway buy BNIB or LNIB so I don't really know the expectation of second hands buyers..Thanks.
