Resizing RO bracelet (15300)
I have an AP RO coming my way tomorrow and don't have any ADs nearby or the tools to size it myself. I do have a dealer nearby that is a Patek, Rolex, Panerai, Omega, and B&R AD and have bought a couple pieces from them. Is there a good chance they would have the tools to resize a RO bracelet? I'm not familiar with APs bracelets so not sure if they use some proprietary sizing tool. Also, could anyone recommend a good watch band tool in general for AP?

Simplicity Perfected...Breitling Transocean!
Well here she in the newest member of my Breitling family, a Breitling Transocean (A10360) just recently purchased. I LOVE this watch! I'It is simple and can be dressed up or down. The dial goes from a Cream color to Silver color depending on the lighting. And nothing beats a Breitling Gator strap for looks and comfort. I've always had my eye on this model and the stars aligned to make this opportunity become a reality. The Transocean fits perfectly into my collection and will be worn often. I'm so glad I did not hesitate on this one!
New Speedmaster Legend
Well, I was torn between the 16610lv/deep sea, and my 1 year+ desire to get a Speedmaster Legend. I think I was ready to pull the trigger on the 16610lv, but I wanted to look at the Speedmaster one last time.Well, I walked into the AD and they had the Speedmaster Legend. I tried it on, and it felt great but didn't have the weight and heft of the Deep Sea. I liked the quality, but the movement was really what was the most impressive. Seeing the stop watch going at the same time as the second hand reminded me off seeing the Tach and Speedometer in my 993. It was a done deal. As an added bonus, being a backyard racer, I liked the roots of this watch. The price they gave me on this watch which I have coveted for over a year was WAY too good to pass up. I pulled the trigger. This should hold me over.......until I convince the wife that my fledgling collection is a little light and incomplete without a deep sea.
Newbie Patek discount question. Apologies.
I feel bad asking guys but I'm considering trying an aquanaut 5167 sometime this year and I have never negotiated on Patek. I know discounts on the 5711 are impossible (and the watch itself is impossible to find in Canada) but do you think 10% is possible on an aquanaut? Lets assume I have fairly good negotiating skills . I only ask so I have some idea of my range so I do not come off as rude / miss out on any potential savings. Finally, anyone know Canadian retail price for 5167?Thanks for any infoJosh
