And Another One
My latest acquisition. It's been a crazy past two months with me and AP's 4 and counting . Like my California vacation in LA/Bev Hills and Hollywood. Going to Oscars etc wasn't enough, I took this beauty home with me The Grand Prix is truly spectacular inside and out. Just incredible finishings and craftsmanship poured into it. A true beauty and beast Post more pics when I return back from Cali to fla, hope all of my ap buds are doing great!
Incoming! My first Omega and first speedy
I acquired my first speedmaster today. Hard to have a killer chronograph collection without one! Since it was my first, I thought I might as well make it a good one with this all original 105.003 Ed White with a tropical dial and nicely faded bezel insert Now the question is do I still buy the speedytuesday LE? Have a good weekend!

Missed the boat on Daytona 16520
So now that the prices for Daytona 16520's have basically doubled in the past year I'm just giving up on finding a reasonable one. I like the modern 116520 but really wanted a zenith. Most have convinced me that the 16519 (white gold) is not that desirable and the latest Daytona is equally expensive and I won't buy into that. So I used to have a big block which I really liked and although it was cool, future investment is always a nice addition. That leads me to the Tudor Monte Carlo. There are some great three register fancy dial Monte Carlos out there that can be had I the $8-$12k range. Any speculation on the future of the Monte Carlo? I don't want to sound too investment only but if I'm spending $10k on a watch I would prefer to wear one which apreciates in the future. It's a pretty funky dial as well and truly to me has all the function the Daytona should have had but just a little ol 7750 working under the hood. Thanks for any thoughts. I'm still trying to find a sub $16k Dayton
