Royal Oak Incoming - HELP
Hi everyone, i'm a long time lurker on this forum looking for some help.I'm about to purchased a Royal Oak Chrono Pink Gold w/Leather strap Ref: 26320OR.OO.D002CR.01. I LOVE the watch, i just have an issue with fitment. I have a 6.25 wrist and rock a Pam 233 daily with the short strap with no problems. When i tried on the AP at the boutique it fit a little lose at the tightest setting but more importantly the clasp was digging into my wrist on the side. I guess my Q is if i'm looking to get a short strap will that significantly change the way the watch fits on my wrist? Will the clasp move down a bit to the bottom of my wrist as a result?I appreciate you help in advance. Here are some photos below of my wrist with an AP.
The Blue Dial......
is amazing. This 15400 is supposedly boutique only but my AD got one by mistake and I couldn't help myself. I went out for coffee and came home with a new watch.
Which watch with Thermoline quartz...
...and why?I am toying with the idea of picking up one watch with a Thermoline.Candidates:-a USED gen2 X-33 (not this one, photo is just for reference)-a NEW Breitling Airwolf RavenI know there are others, so please chime in!!
Crooked cyclops?
Hi all,New to the Rolex community so please bear with me...Just bought a brand new BLNR from an AD a few days ago. Very happy to get my hands on one and AD let me know I was lucky. That being said, I've started to notice that my cyclops is slightly crooked. Am I seeing things? What do you think? As it's hard to find a BLNR in Canada these days, the AD didn't have another one to swap for me, but they said I could send have them send it to RSC. This is my first Rolex with a cyclops, so I'm not sure if this is just the quality I should be expecting. What would you do? Thanks!
Crown winding of Tudor Black Bay SG
Hi FriendsI just got the Tudor Black Bay SG. Unlike my Rolex DJ2 (whose crown stops winding after about 70 or 80 winds- meaning that the watch is fully wound), the crown of the Tudor keeps on winding. I must have wound the watch in a clockwise direction for about 200 winds at one go but the crown keeps on winding. There is only a minor clicking noise during winding but the crown doesn't stop. Is it normal for the Tudor or is there something wrong with the watch? Maybe I am being OCD about the whole thing. Any input from the highly knowledgeable people on this forum shall be highly appreciated.
