You have a stunning array of 395 brilliant-cut diamonds placed all over the case and in the dial was well. A window to the top centre of the dial indicates you whether or not the alarm is activated. Other complications are a power reserve indicator, the date and time, of course. The large pusher at the 08 is used to turn the alarm on and off. With lots of decoration Guilloche throughout the shows, the 45 mm wide 18 k rose gold case applied rubber to more easily manipulate the pushers. A special claw between the Crowns may be used to secure the diving bezel rotation if necessary as to not move not accidentally it. All these features handy, to share the Breguet REF. 5847BR/32/5ZU is a very capable diver 300 metres from the resistance to the water.
Went in leather came out Rubber!
Well I bought the rubber strap for my 41mm Rose Gold Chrono a few months ago and Finally decided to put it on. Thanks to Brian Lau he also taught me a trick about the way you put the straps on. Instead of doing it the traditional way where the clasp is facing you I swapped it so the clasp is facing away and wears a million times more comfortable! Wish I had known this earlier and would have swapped it a long time ago. Enjoy the pics.
Own a Daytona, do I need a Speedmaster?
I've recently acquired a black dialed Daytona but it is off for service and polishing. I have also wanted a Speedy but have had trouble deciding between the 9300 and moonwatch. Either way, it seems to me that a Speedmaster should be on a bracelet and be black dialed. But then my question is do you think that is different enough to justify a Speedy? At least the 9300 is bicompax with a date complication which obviously the Daytona doesn't have. But the Moonwatch is much cheaper and classic. Anyway thanks for any advice.
8-inch wrist too Small for 40mm Dial
Can I get a general consensus? Is it agreed that a 40mm on an 8-inch wrist will look small?
