Finalists For The 2014 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Geneve Announced, Public Vote Now Open (Where You Can Win A Girard-Perregaux!)
It's that time of year! Yup, the finalists of the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Geneve (GPHG) have been announced. For those who don't remember, the GPHG is the watch industry's equivalent of the Academy Awards, wherein a group of distinguished judges comprised of collectors (think John Goldberger and John Mayer), retailers (think Laurent Picciotto), watchmakers (think Philippe Dufour) and journalists (think our own Ben Clymer) decide on who has done the most to advance watchmaking this year. Today, the finalists for each category have been announced. The winners will be announced on Friday, October 31st, 2014, in Geneva. 512 moon phase Fixed!
Todays a good day, i sent my 5712 back to where i got the watch from a jeweller and told him the problem with my moon phase. He took the watch got it fixed in a day but i just got my watch yesterday. The moon phase is finally fully functional and it now clicks and rotates when i use the pusher. (sorry for the bad iPhone pics)

This piece definitely has me intrigued. There was a great write up previously on here, but I am wondering if anyone knows if this has been released yet or when it may become available? Also, Is this an application piece? (These pics are not mine. I googled and saved the images)
