Omega Speedmaster should the large second hand always be running?
Hello, I have finally decided on the Speedmaster, 38mm. Could someone tell me if the large second hand should always be activated or only running when you are using the chronograph to time something. I have heard that you should only run the large second hand when you are time something but I have also heard it doesn't matter and running the large second hand all the time will not harm the watch. Thank you all for your assistance

BNIB DSOTM on strap w/tang buckle. Stopped at the boutique on Friday after work and also picked up the deployant and deployant strap, so now I have both options. On the way home :)

Dear friends, may I know which is much worth keeping between the 000 & 112?
